Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you follow the safety instructions provided,

1. Adults MUST NOT use bouncy castles intended for children. There are adult bouncy castles available for hire.

2. All shoes, glasses, jewellery and birthday badges MUST BE REMOVED before using the inflatable.

3. No food and drink to be allowed on the inflatable.

4. No smoking or BBQ's to be allowed within 2m of the inflatable.

5. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the bouncy castles is NOT allowed.

6. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

7. ALWAYS ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to age and size of children using it. Try to AVOID large and small children using it at the same time.

8. DO NOT ALLOW anyone to bounce on the front safety step.

9. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds the inflatable MUST be turned off.

10. Once the inflatable is erected it MUST not be moved for safety reasons.

11. In the event of power loss make sure ALL children are off the inflatable and contact us straight away.

Damage & Injury

The person hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than two days notice, we will require you to pay 50% of your booking cost.

If you cancel within 4 hours of your delivery time, or upon delivery we will require you to pay 100% of you booking cost.

If the inflatable does not fit in your garden/space we will require you to pay 50% of your booking cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient space for the inflatable.

I have read the above terms and conditions and I fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e dirty/muddy condition. I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
